## What the service is

Seavilo is a planning assistant. It replaces neither official nautical charts, nor notices to mariners, nor mandatory equipment, nor the skipper’s decision.

## Terms of use and accounts

An account lets people retrieve their trips, bookmarks and contributions. Users protect their credentials and promptly report any unauthorised access.

Generation creates a private plan. A trip becomes public only after an explicit action by its owner.

Kairia SAS may suspend an account or remove content that is clearly unlawful, dangerous or contrary to these terms; decisions can be queried at hello@seavilo.com.

## Free service, partners and advertising

Seavilo is free at launch and takes no payment. Every boat hire, activity or other booking is made directly between the user and the partner under that partner’s prices, terms and cancellation rules.

A link that may pay Seavilo is labelled “Affiliate link”. A paid placement is labelled “Sponsored” and identifies the relevant partner.

Commercial offers remain separate from route calculation, forecasts and safety alerts. Seavilo guarantees neither the availability nor the quality of an external service.

## Community content

Authors remain responsible for the text and media they publish and confirm they hold the necessary rights. They give Kairia SAS a non-exclusive permission to display that content in Seavilo until it is removed.

Reviews, photographs and public trips describe a past experience: they are neither navigation instructions nor a guarantee of present conditions.

Content can be reported from the app or to hello@seavilo.com. Media is optimised and its EXIF and GPS metadata is removed before storage.
